Gordon Cunningham has sold his 25 acre farm and is liquidating the entire inventory at public auction. This farm sale includes a portable saw mill, tractors, equipment, tools and much lumber.

Saw Mill: 1992 Mobile Dimension portable mill, model 128, purchased new. Currently has 350.0 hrs. 1000’s of feet of mostly rough sawn lumber. Fir, Alder and Poplar, 1x4, 2x4, 6, 8, 10. Some thicker, mostly 8-12’ lengths.  Burl and slab wood, plywood and less than 1 Unit 4x8 Unit of ½” Strand Board. A large variety of wood will be available.

Tractors and 3pt. Equipment: 1999 Kubota Model B1700 w/ LA302 Loader, 1945 John Deere A,  John Deere D110 Lawn Tractor, 1969 Ford F100 PU, Woods 650 Backhoe attachment, Woods XT148 Mower, 5” Rankin Blade.

Boat:  1964 Fairliner 270HT 27’ Cabin Cruiser with trailer. GM 350 engine, overall good condition, new electrical system. Inspection by Marine Surveyors in 2006 is available upon request (Min $4000).

Trailers: 16’ Triple axle flatbed w winch (used for loading logs), 3 Box trailers, 4 Trailer axles and tires
