All property is sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. A 10% Buyers Premium applies to all purchases unless otherwise stated. Payment is due in full immediately after winning a bid. Accepted payment methods include cash, approved checks, credit or debit cards, or other methods specified prior to the auction.

All bidders must register with valid identification prior to bidding. Kilgore Auctioneers reserves the right to refuse any bid or bidder at its sole discretion. Once the auctioneer declares an item sold, ownership transfers to the winning bidder and all responsibility lies with the buyer.

Unless otherwise stated, all items are sold without minimum bids or reserve prices.

All descriptions, photos, and advertising materials are provided for informational purposes only. Buyers are responsible for inspecting items prior to bidding to ensure satisfaction.

All items must be paid for and removed on the scheduled pickup dates. Failure to remove items may result in storage fees or forfeiture of items without refund.

Kilgore Auctioneers is not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, or damage occurring on-site or during the removal of auction items.
