What Our Customers are Saying
After listing a farm property, we were told it could take a year to sell. We thought we had plenty of time to sort through the piles of stuff in every building. But we were shocked to get an offer within two weeks and the buyer wanted possession in less than a month!
In a panic, we contacted several auctioneers who were less than helpful. Then we found Kent, who responded immediately and brought a crew who worked seven days a week sorting, cleaning, arranging and pricing. Kent conducted a very successful one-day sale, with over 200 buyers participating, despite miserable December weather. We received twice as much money as expected and Kent’s crew stayed on for several days to assist buyers in removing their purchases. His crew then hauled off any remaining debris and cleaned every building. We were impressed and grateful. Thank you so much Kent and Crew!
Gordon and Joanne CunninghamI wish to thank you for the very professional manner in which you handled the auction for my brother Don Arnold’s estate. You made it easy and comfortable for me to close out this difficult and emotional part of his trust estate. I was impressed with your organization of the vast number of his tools and equipment along with the household goods and furniture. Your crew, along with your direction made it the wonderful success it was.
Thank you for leaving the house and shops, along with the grounds so tidy and clean following the sale. Please feel free to offer me as a reference if ever needed
